30 to 40 knot westerly at Primbee on the litewave wing

Had between 30 and 40 knot westerly at Primbee today. I took out my Best TS 5m and the litewave wing. I was sceptical at how the wing would go at speed but liked the idea of being slightly underpowered in the gusts but still having enough speed in the lulls. The 5m TS was like an angry wasp fast but controlled and not twitchy. Having a pulley bridle the bar pressure was good and the kite was still steady through the gusts. The wing that is marketed as a light wind board and does an excellent job at it. turned out to be so much more with a speed recording of 56kmh on my GPS even though chop it just sliced through and carved upwind. With this combination I never felt overpowered even in the strongest gusts. Even more stoked on this board than i was before.
